Use this page to request deletion of account-linked data associated with MNM GAMES games, including TagTag Survival.

Send us a deletion request

Choose the game and enter your UID. Your UID can be found in Settings -> Account in the game. The button will open your email app with the required subject and message already filled in.

What happens next

  1. Your email app opens with the subject [Game name] Account Deletion Request and the requested details in the message.
  2. Send the email to mnmplay.co.ltd@gmail.com so we can verify the request.
  3. We delete or anonymize eligible account-linked data associated with the requested game service and reply when complete.
  4. We reply by email when the request is complete, or explain any information that must be retained by law.

Scope and retention

This process applies to account-linked data controlled by MNM GAMES. Data held directly by Google Play, Google Play Games Services, Apple, or another sign-in provider may also need to be managed through that provider's own account controls.

Some records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, payment records, or dispute resolution. We retain only what is necessary for those purposes.
